Simple SkinCare Wisdom from an Expert
Share
Recently, I had the pleasure of traveling to Maryland to meet with one of the leading dermatologists in the Easton area who also happens to be my cousin, Dr. Donald R. Stranahan, Jr. We sat down and had an in-depth conversation about skincare, and I really took his advice to heart. When it comes down to it, his philosophy is refreshingly simple: the three most important things for healthy skin are hydration, moisturizing, and sunscreen.
Dr. Stranahan brings years of expertise to the table. He’s a board-certified dermatologist providing comprehensive dermatological care to patients of all ages at Easton Dermatology Associates. His specialties include skin cancer detection and surgery, along with general medical and cosmetic skincare services.
His academic background is just as impressive. Dr. Stranahan earned his undergraduate degree in psychology with a concentration in behavioral neuroscience from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland, graduating with honors. He then went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where he earned multiple academic awards.
As someone deeply passionate about natural skincare and wellness, it was enlightening to hear how these fundamental principles align with what we do at LuvForward. Whether you are using herbal-infused products or traditional skincare routines, the basics remain the same: stay hydrated, moisturize daily, and never skip your sunscreen.
